Happy to announce the debonair Ralph Hopkins in the featured role of the cigar smoking Cubano, "Ruben Centron". He is the husband of the eccentric "Millie" and the father of "Negra". Millie describes his electric smile as "a big Chango smile"... It was the smile that won her heart.
